Yes, all goods bought through IP electronics are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for the product from the manufacturer - as well as after sales service. The length and conditions of the warranty and the nature of the service will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. You can also discuss upgrading your warranty with a customer service operator, simply email us.
What if I wish to return the faulty/damaged goods?
If goods are delivered damaged or faulty, simply email us. In almost all cases, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you at no additional charge or, if no replacement is available, we will refund your payment for the goods.
